One of the largest Aboriginal Gala’s in Canada is back for another year as National Aboriginal Charitable Organization the Dreamcatcher Foundation presents “Heart and Soul,” an evening of awards, recognition, stars and celebrities all gathering under one roof to celebrate the over 6000 wishes granted nationally by the charity.
